Terms of Service

Jengafri provides the following services:

• Product sourcing and importation from global markets
• International shipping and logistics services
• Flight booking and travel services
• E-commerce marketplace for various products

We specialize in automotive parts, medical equipment, electronics, and custom product sourcing with a minimum order value of $50.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Product Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include the item cost, shipping, and estimated customs duties unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms: Payment is required in full before order processing begins. We accept major credit cards, mobile money (M-Pesa), and bank transfers.

Currency: Prices are displayed in USD or KES based on your location. Exchange rates are updated daily and may fluctuate.

Customs and Duties: While we provide estimated duty costs, actual customs charges may vary. Any additional duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Return Eligibility: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Flight Bookings: Cancellation and refund policies for flights are subject to airline terms. Service fees may apply.

We do not source, ship, or sell the following:

• Illegal substances or narcotics
• Weapons, firearms, or explosives
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Hazardous materials (without proper documentation)
• Live animals or protected wildlife products
• Items prohibited by Kenyan import regulations

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Jengafri or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jengafri shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by third-party carriers or customs
• Product defects from original manufacturers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection of information necessary to fulfill orders
• Use of cookies and analytics for service improvement
• Sharing of data with shipping partners as required
• Location-based services for currency and shipping calculations
