PanGraf 1.0 Tacrolimus Capsules 1.0 mg
PanGraf 1.0 contains 1.0 mg of Tacrolimus, a potent immunosuppressant and calcineurin inhibitor. It is primarily used to prevent organ rejection in patients who have received kidney, liver, or heart transplants. It works by suppressing the body's immune system to stop it from attacking the new organ. Due to its potency, precise dosing and regular blood tests to monitor drug concentration levels are critical. Patients should be aware of side effects such as tremors, kidney function impairment, and an increased susceptibility to infections. It should be taken consistently at the same time each day.
