Dapefy SM (Dapagliflozin, Sitagliptin and Metformin ER Tablets)
Dapefy SM is a triple-combination antidiabetic medication containing Dapagliflozin (SGLT2 inhibitor), Sitagliptin (DPP-4 inhibitor), and Extended-Release Metformin HCl (biguanide). This pack contains 28 tablets (4x7's Tablets). This combination works through three different mechanisms to lower blood glucose levels: increasing glucose excretion via urine, increasing insulin secretion while decreasing glucagon levels, and reducing liver glucose production. It is indicated for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus when single or dual therapy is insufficient. It is designed for once-daily dosing.
